The ASD is a Microsoft based district. We use Microsoft for it's added security, to help keep our students and staff cyber safe. All students have access to download the Office suite, to their personal devices, for free.

Using PowerSchool

PowerSchool is a student information system that allows us to manage a wide range of information, including: scheduling, grades, attendance, tests, demographics, activities, and courses.

I need help with my PowerSchool login

  1. Parents have access to student's user names and passwords in their Parent PowerSchool accounts.

  2. 3 unsuccessful log in attempts will lock the account. It will then need to be unlocked by a school employee.

  3. Contact your school front desk for assistance.

  4. Contact the ASD IT Helpdesk by calling 541-201-2600

  5. If you are a parent that needs help setting up an account please see #3 and #4 above.

Using Canvas

Canvas is a course management system that supports online learning and teaching. It allows teachers to post grades, information, and assignments online.
